Beetroot Burfi / Barfi

There are lots of desserts that come into my favourite category but the most favourite among my favourites is  Beetroot burfi . Its called burfi/barfi. Burfi is an Indian sweet dish recipe made from condensed milk which is very sweet. Why it became my favourite is because I started eating beetroot after eating this dish for the first time  (As a kid I didn’t know it was beetroot when mom gave it to me).
