Beetroot Burfi / Barfi

There are lots of desserts that come into my favourite category but the most favourite among my favourites is  Beetroot burfi . Its called burfi/barfi. Burfi is an Indian sweet dish recipe made from condensed milk which is very sweet. Why it became my favourite is because I started eating beetroot after eating this dish for the first time  (As a kid I didn’t know it was beetroot when mom gave it to me). Chicken Manchurian recipe has become famous. It can be made very fast and is very tasty when eaten with Parathas. Did you know chicken mancurian is a dish born out of cultural integration between India and China.
