Sago / sabudana kheer (FYI sabudana is known as chowari and kheer as payasam in malayalam) is a unique recipe. Beetroot Burfi / Barfi

There are lots of desserts that come into my favourite category but the most favourite among my favourites is  Beetroot burfi . Its called burfi/barfi. Burfi is an Indian sweet dish recipe made from condensed milk which is very sweet. Why it became my favourite is because I started eating beetroot after eating this dish for the first time  (As a kid I didn’t know it was beetroot when mom gave it to me). So today I will share its recipe. Ingredients : 1) Ghee - 5 table spoon 2) Cashew - 4 nos. 3) Badam - 4 nos. 4) Beetroot - 2 nos. shredded 5) Full cream milk - 300 ml ( Make sure to use full cream milk only) 6) Sugar - 3/4 cup 7) Cardamon powder - 1 table spoon sugar + 5to6 cardamon (grind in mixer) Preparation method Add 2 tbsp of ghee to a pan.
